WayveSeams™
Precision-engineered. Battle-tested.
Every NueWayve system is reinforced with our exclusive WayveSeams™ — a structural glass armor system built from the inside out. Each vertical seam is direct-injected with an L-shaped structural glass strip, wrapping the inner corner and bonding across both panels simultaneously. This anchors the seam, spreads stress across both planes, and locks the entire joint against torque and flex.
These aren’t glued on after the fact. They’re fuel-bonded during assembly, using RTV103 industrial silicone under controlled compression. The result is a permanent structural integration — not surface-level adhesion. Nothing peels. Nothing shifts. Nothing is decorative.
At the top, a precision-cut ring of internal lateral seams bonds beneath the eurobrace, fusing directly into the verticals. Combined with bottom euro integration, the system forms a complete glass exoskeleton — top to bottom.
Every tank is then wrapped and tarp-cured as a single structure, part of our Built As One™ process. No staged gluing. No stacked panels. No afterthought reinforcements. Every seam, brace, and wall is cured together — like one solid chassis.
Others focus on appearance. We build for pressure.
Very few tanks on the market use true internal seam reinforcement. Most rely on surface-level molten glass strips, bonded only to the outer joint after curing. These don’t anchor into the brace system. They don’t lock across planes. And they don’t hold under real stress.
Some builders apply corner fillers or cosmetic overlays to hide seam flaws — not to strengthen them. These approaches trap bubbles, flex unevenly, and eventually delaminate or fog. They may look reinforced — but they don’t behave like it under load.
WayveSeams ™ don’t decorate. They lock it down.
This is why our seams feel like part of the glass, not something stuck to it.
Not hidden. Just clean.Built to outlast, out-hold, and outclass anything else in the water.

WayveCore™ Base
A ½” solid PVC platform is bonded flush to the glass and sealed beneath a 3” eurobrace — which is installed before panel bonding to provide an added layer of structural contact.
Each vertical panel is direct-injected with RTV103 and seated along the full perimeter of the glass base, bonding seamlessly against the PVC for total edge-to-edge adhesion.
This configuration creates a fully enclosed glass foundation with triple contact points: glass, PVC, and eurobrace — delivering unmatched structural grip and contact depth.
The PVC platform also acts as a protective layer, shielding the glass base edges, vertical pane edges and absorbing micro-flex under weight
The result:Zero bow. No exposed edges. No stress risers.
Just a locked, vibration-dampened foundation — built to last from the first inch up.

What you can’t see is what makes it elite.Spartan eliminates internal bracing, voids, and stress zones — delivering clean visuals with uncompromising strength beneath the surface.

WayveBond™ Method
Every NueWayve system is built using our proprietary WayveBond™ two-step sealing method, engineered for maximum strength, clarity, and long-term durability.
Step 1: Direct Injection BondingWe pressure-inject RTV103 black silicone directly between each glass panel for a precision bond with no bubbles, no excess, and perfect panel alignment.
Step 2: Inner Seam ReinforcementOnce bonded, we apply smooth, hand-laid inner seams to reinforce structural integrity and deliver the razor-clean finish NueWayve is known for.
Together, these two steps form a single unified structure — cured as one, built to last. -
Structural Silicone
We use RTV103 (black) and RTV108 (clear) — industrial silicone rated at 400 psi tensile strength and 450% elongation.
Cured under tarp, in a controlled environment to lock in clarity and structural memory.
It stretches where needed, grips where it matters, and outlasts generic silicone used in mass-market builds.
-
OptiClear Glass (Lituya Bay Series)
The Lituya Bay Series is built exclusively with low-iron glass — no green tint, no optical haze. Just full-spectrum clarity and flawless edge visuals.
We don’t offer standard glass on these builds — because flagship tanks shouldn’t compromise.
Low-iron panels bring out coral color, enhance lighting spread, and deliver a near-invisible edge when polished and beveled.
Custom builds can still be tailored to your glass preference — but if it’s stamped with the Lituya Bay name, it’s ultra-clear by default.
-
Adaptive Eurobrace
Eurobrace Exoskeleton
A full-perimeter 3” eurobrace interlocks with opposing top armor seams and vertical L-joints to form a unified structural exoskeleton. While the euro runs long-over-short, the upper armor seams run short-over-long—creating opposing compression that locks the system in every direction.
The result isn’t just unmatched strength — it’s structural art. A top frame that resists bowing, flex, and fatigue, while showcasing premium material and polished geometry.
All eurobraced Lituya Bay builds feature low iron bracing by default. Custom systems can request smoked or clear panels, with precision overflow and wire routing cutouts. Optional routed lid lips are available for mesh or glass tops — built-in, flush, and visibility-ready.
-
Overflow Logic
Lituya Bay systems up to 150 gallons come standard with the Prodigy overflow by Eshopps — a silent, ultra-slim box selected for its minimal visual profile and proven flow performance. It’s installed flush with the rear pane and precision-cleared through the eurobrace for clean integration and surface skimming.
For larger systems or custom layouts, we support any overflow design — external, internal, coast to coast, or hybrid — and plumb for Herbie, Bean Animal, or dual-drain configurations. Cutouts are CNC-scored and sealed, with layout options tailored to your flow goals and return plan.
Smoked, blacked-out, or stealth acrylic options are available on request.
Every drain system is designed to disappear visually, perform silently, and move water with intent.
Each tank includes dual return cutouts, positioned for balanced flow. Custom builds can place returns wherever desired — back wall, sides, or even bottom — tailored to layout and equipment goals.
-
ReefGuard Base Liner
For reefers who want a flawless interior finish, we offer an optional HDPE or ABS liner installed directly above the bottom glass. It hides scratches, softens aquascape pressure, and eliminates light scatter. Seam-bonded and cut clean to the inner glass, this liner gives the tank floor a matte, reef-ready finish — especially for bare-bottom builds.
-
Inset lid tracks
Inset Lid Tracks
Each system can be built with precision-cut lid tracks routed directly into the eurobrace — allowing for seamless mesh or glass lids. Whether for evaporation control, jump prevention, or visual cleanliness, this integrated option is available for both main displays and sumps. Custom cutouts, feeding slots, and hinge points are supported. Clean. Functional. Invisible until you need it.

Built as One™
This isn’t assembly. It’s unification.
Each NueWayve system is sealed, locked, and cured as a single unit — never moved, never stressed, and never rushed.
What you’re looking at is part of the process. We cure every tank in a controlled environment with stabilized temperature, humidity, and airflow — wrapped, sealed, and left untouched.
Every system completes a full undisturbed cure cycle, monitored for bond strength, tension balance, and seam behavior.
This isn’t downtime — it’s structural calibration. We don’t guess when it’s ready. We verify it.
And before it leaves our hands, it’s tested for real-world reef performance.
Built as One™ isn’t just a phrase. It’s the difference between a tank that holds… and a system that lasts.
