At NueWayve, we stand behind every tank we build. Below are the official warranty details covering your investment.

1. Standard Limited Warranty

Duration: 1 Year (Included with every tank)

Our standard limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in glass, WayveSeam™ joints, and materials for one year from the date of delivery.

Requirements:

• Tank must be installed on a NueWayve-approved stand or a pre-approved third-party stand.

• A NueWayve-approved 1/4" neoprene leveling mat is required under all WaveCore™ or WaveCore Spartan™ bottoms. Failure to use the approved mat voids the warranty.

• The floor beneath the stand must be properly leveled by the customer before setup.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by shipping, mishandling, modifications, or improper installation.

• Loss of livestock or incidental/consequential damages (e.g., water damage to property).

• Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters).

Shipping Damage:
All tanks are documented before leaving our facility in perfect condition. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers must inspect their tank upon arrival and report shipping damage within 48 hours.

2. Extended Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

Duration: Extends coverage to 3 Years

• Cost: $450 for tanks under $3,000; $700 for tanks over $3,000.

• Must be purchased before delivery.

• Stand Discount: Customers purchasing a NueWayve aluminum T-slot stand receive a discounted extended warranty rate.

• Third-party stands must be pre-approved in writing by NueWayve before tank placement.

3. Stand Warranty & Conditions

• Warranty coverage is void if the tank is installed on an unapproved stand or improperly leveled surface.

• Stands must meet NueWayve engineering specifications for load distribution and leveling.

4. Documentation & Claim Process

• Setup Documentation: Customers must provide photos showing the tank on its approved stand, with the leveling mat, within one week of setup to activate coverage.

• Initiating a Claim:

  1. Contact NueWayve with your serial number and ownership certificate.

  2. Provide photos of the tank, stand, leveling mat, and the issue.

  3. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of noticing a defect.

5. Important Disclaimer

NueWayve is not liable for water damage, livestock loss, or property damage. We strongly recommend carrying homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for additional protection.
