All prices are USD per month for the visit frequency shown. 181+ gallon prices are starting rates. Tank complexity and location can affect your final quote. Long-distance travel/freight is billed at cost and discussed with you. Monthly packages are paid in full at the first service visit. Pro Stability includes both monthly visits in one payment at the first service visit; Elite Weekly includes all four. The discounted package price is not available for a single visit. Selecting a package or submitting a booking request does not charge a card or start a recurring charge.

Local maintenance packages are separate from WayveCare Signature, our remote guidance membership. A free Registry account does not enroll you in either paid service.
A few things to know.
Do I need a NueWayve aquarium?
No. WayveCare welcomes other aquarium brands. Register each tank under the same free account and choose the right one when you book.
Do I have to book a consultation first?
No. Returning and new customers can request a direct service visit. The optional first consultation costs $50 and is for customers who want an assessment before agreeing an ongoing plan.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
Your chosen time is held as a request. NueWayve reviews the aquarium, location, timing and service needs, then confirms the appointment. Sending the form does not take payment or start a recurring charge.
Can I book several tanks or a longer visit?
Tell us about all tanks and the extra time needed in your request. We confirm the time reserved for the visit and protect it against overlapping bookings.
How do I change an appointment or service plan?
Open Book WayveCare in your Registry to view bookings and request a reschedule or cancellation. Contact us about package upgrades or downgrades; plan changes and pricing are agreed with you rather than silently creating new recurring charges.
Where do you provide local service?
Buffalo and surrounding Western New York areas. Include your location or ZIP when requesting a visit so we can confirm coverage and any travel costs.
