The NueWayve Shipping Process

1. Precision Fabrication
Your system begins in our controlled workshop where every panel, seam, and brace is crafted to exact specifications by expert builders following our WayveCore™ fabrication standards.

2. Full Water-Weight Testing & Certification
Before shipment, each system undergoes:

• Pressure & water-load testing under real-world conditions

• Seam and panel inspections for structural integrity & finish quality

• Final visual & structural verification by senior technicians

Only after passing all inspections is your Certificate of Build Integrity issued.

3. Shipping Coordination & Payment

• Shipping, freight, and crating costs are NOT included in the system price (MSRP).

• After certification, your Wayve representative contacts you directly with a confirmed shipping quote.

• All shipping costs must be paid in full before any system leaves our facility.

4. Premium Freight Partners
We work exclusively with specialized freight carriers trained in oversized, fragile shipments.

• Typical shipping: $200–$800, depending on size, weight, location, and service level

• All shipments are fully insured until they arrive safely

5. White-Glove Delivery & Installation (Optional)
For clients seeking the ultimate experience:

• In-home placement & professional assembly

• Final inspection & cleaning upon arrival

• Direct coordination with your Wayve representative for a seamless handoff
