Refund policy

NueWayve Return & Cancellation Policy

 

Custom builds (tanks, stands, sumps, cut/painted panels, special orders)

  • Final sale. Because each system is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that are as-described and undamaged.

  • Cancel window: You may cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and any incurred material/labor costs may apply.

  • Warranty: Craftsmanship or material issues are handled under our Warranty (see Warranty page).

Freight damage / missing items

  • Inspect at delivery. If damage is visible, photograph and note it on the BOL before signing (or refuse delivery if severe) and email support@nuewayve.com within 24 hours.

  • Concealed damage: email within 48 hours with photos/video; keep all packaging.

  • Missing hardware/components must be reported within 7 days.

  • We’ll coordinate repair, replacement, or remake as appropriate.

Stock accessories/apparel (if offered)

  • 30-day returns for new, unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless our error; up to 15% restocking may apply. (Clearance/final-sale, used/wet, opened consumables, gift cards, and digital items are non-returnable.)

How to start
Email support@nuewayve.com with your order #, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Use a trackable, insured method. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Undeliverable/refused shipments
If refused or undeliverable without a damage notation on the BOL, round-trip freight and a restocking/cancellation fee may apply.

International orders
Duties/taxes/brokerage are non-refundable; customer covers return/export costs.

Note
This policy applies except where prohibited by law. Warranty remedies are separate from returns.
