- Sign in with your email. Shopify sends a one-time code. There is no separate Registry password to remember.
- Open or add your aquarium. Existing NueWayve records link through the correct verified email. You can register additional tanks in the same account.
- Keep the record growing. Add water tests, review care reports, message our team or request an offered WayveCare appointment.
Wayve Registry questions
Is Wayve Registry free?
Creating an account and using the Registry is free. It does not automatically start a paid subscription. Consultations, maintenance visits and other paid services are separate.
Can I use it with another aquarium brand?
Yes. Aquarium owners can create an account without manual approval and register tanks from other brands. Production updates and NueWayve warranty records are specific to eligible NueWayve builds.
Can I keep several tanks in one account?
Yes. One account can hold multiple aquariums, each with its own tests, equipment, care records and conversations. Use the same verified email to access existing linked tanks.
Are my aquarium records public?
No. This page explains Registry publicly. Your customer dashboard and aquarium records require authenticated access and are separate from NueWayve’s private Workshop.
How do WayveCare bookings work?
Select an actually offered time and send your request with your contact and aquarium details. NueWayve confirms the appointment. The first consultation is $50; your ongoing maintenance plan and price are agreed separately. Creating an account does not charge you.
